NOTICE: The security certificate your personal or non-EITS computer relies on to access Cloudspace will need to be updated before June 13. Please perform these steps on your non-EITS Windows device (e.g., personally owned or from another organization), and NOT from within your EITS CloudSpace virtual desktop.
Please CLICK HERE to download a .zip file containing two new certificates. A warning may appear before you can download the file.
Open the .zip file. Then for each certificate, open and select "Install Certificate". Under Certificate Store, select the bubble next to "Place all certificates in the following store" > click Browse > Select Trust Root Certification Authorities > Click OK > Then Next. After installation, close all browsers and attempt to log in to Cloudspace again.
